Please note the following:

Make sure that you have a sustained high speed internet connection of at least 750 kbps. Check your internet connection speed here: http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/
If you find that your connection is slow and you are on a wireless connection, consider switching to a wired connection.
Make sure not to share your password with anyone else. If your account gets compromised or there is simultaneous viewing on your account, the account may be locked.
