Ananya Dhal Masters SAT, Achieves Perfect Score of 1600!

HOUSTON, TX (May 17, 2019) Ananya Dhal, a junior Seven Lakes High School, has achieved the nigh impossible, achieving a perfect score of 1600 on the SAT. This accomplishment places Ananya in the top 1% of test takers on the planet, and secures her a spot in the ever-expanding cohort of former TestMasters students to achieve perfection on the Sat or ACT.

On her experiences as a TestMasters student, Ananya says, “TestMasters focused on disseminating information in an engaging, effective format that built long-term skill rather than teaching quick tricks. All the classes felt personal and, because the of the instructors’ interest in their subjects, they were enjoyable as well. I don’t know that I could have attained a perfect score without TestMasters. It’s very easy to miss one or two questions and have your score drop by forty points and so getting every single question correct requires a greater understanding of the nuances involved with the SAT which Test Masters provided.”

While her experiences as a TestMasters student certainly contributed to Ananya’s perfect score, it is evident that she is a student of no small means. Ananya’s current extracurricular activities include the Science, Spanish, and Art National Honor Societies, FBLA, HOSA, quizbowl, and the National Honor Society. Additionally, she explains, “I’m part of three of my school’s volunteering organizations: Spartans Out Serving, Interact, and UNICEF, the last of which I helped found. All of these clubs help me connect with my community as an active member able and willing to help out in any way I can, whether that means setting and cleaning up for community events, making blankets for hospitals, or guiding incoming freshmen around their new school.”

Although she is unsure of which universities she will ultimately target as an undergraduate, Ananya does have a good idea as to what she will likely study. “Right now, I’m entertaining the notion of majoring in biomedical engineering or neuroscience. I’d like to minor in something a little different, perhaps in psychology or English Lit, simply to make sure I get some experience in other subjects I enjoy. Although I intend to pursue a career in medicine, I’d like to take an internship at a literary firm or with a publishing agent to immerse myself in one of favorite worlds, literature, and diversify my experience and understanding. Apart from that, one of my dreams is to do work with Doctors without Borders.”

In recognition of Ananya’s accomplishment, TestMasters will award her a $1000 Perfect Score Scholarship.
