Joining a TestMasters Live Online Class or Tutoring Session

Your live online course or tutoring session (depending on your schedule) will be presented using either Cisco Webex or Zoom, and you will need to join the course from a desktop computer or laptop connected to the internet and preferably with a big screen and a microphone. To make sure you have a computer that works without issue, please take a moment to connect to the Webex and Zoom test meetings at the following links (please test both):

We prefer you use a full computer like a PC or Mac for the best experience. However, if you are joining with a Chromebook or mobile device (smartphone or tablet), then before your first class or tutoring session please download the latest versions of the apps for both Cisco Webex Meetings and Zoom Cloud Meetings at the following links:

Apple App Store for iPhones and iPads

On the day of your first class or tutoring session, you can join your live online course or tutoring session by following these three easy steps:

1) Login to your account at www.testmasters.com. (We sent your login credentials via email when you registered.)
2) Click “View Schedule” under the Student Schedule tab.
3) Click the JOIN button next to particular class.
