You agree that as a condition of use of this website that Test Masters cannot and will not be held responsible for occasional pricing errors, and in such exceptional cases Test Masters will offer the student a full refund provided no use of the product or service has taken place.

Please note that Test Masters frequently has programs that provide support to its students for an extended period of time and during this time the Test Masters policies and procedures may change from when the student initially registered. Therefore in such situations and otherwise, as a condition of use of our services, you agree that Test Masters reserves the right to modify its policies and procedures without advance notice and at its discretion and without reason for any of its products and services at any time, and this condition of use supersedes all our other agreements. While our highest priority is to provide excellent and consistent service to our students, sometimes other factors require modification to our product offerings and corresponding policies without advance notice.

If You Send Us Personal Information

If you choose to provide us with personal information by sending an e-mail or by filling out a form with your personal information and submitting it through our website, we use that information to respond to your message and to help us provide you with information that you request. If you submit your resume through our website, we use your personal identification information only in considering your application for employment. We do not collect personal information for any other purposes. The information you provide is not given to any private organizations or private persons. We do not collect or use information for commercial marketing.
