Testmasters SAT Subject Test Prep Courses

What are the SAT Subject Tests?

While almost every college requires the SAT (formerly called the SAT I exam or SAT Reasoning Test) for admission, many of the more competitive colleges (like Harvard, Princeton, Stanford, MIT, etc.) also require another set of exams called the SAT Subject Tests (formerly called the SAT II exams). The SAT Subject Tests are one-hour tests in specific disciplines such as the sciences, foreign languages, history, math, and literature.

The SAT Subject Tests are given the same day as the SAT. Since each test is one-hour long, you can take up to three exams on one test date. For the Ivy League schools, the SAT Subject Tests are almost as important as the SAT for admissions. In addition, for many public colleges, the SAT Subject Tests are used for placement purposes.

Which SAT Subject Test Courses do you offer?

Testmasters offers classroom and 1-on-1 courses for the following SAT Subject Tests. Each Subject Test Course has four classes of 3 hours each (12 hours total) and two full-length official College Board practice tests per subject.

Most locations offer 1-on-1 tutoring for all of the SAT Subject Tests, including the ones listed above. Testmasters also offers custom group courses in any location.

How does the 100 Point Score Improvement Guarantee work?

Testmasters guarantees that if you attend every class and do all your required homework, your score will go up by at least 100 points. If not, you will be eligible to retake the next available class (depending on your location). If you have to miss a class you can make it up in the next available class.

What course materials will I receive in the SAT Subject course?

A Testmasters course manual will be given out on the second day of class. All teaching is done from these materials.
