Plano's technology and telecommunications employers, and the civil engineering firms keeping up with Collin County's growth, hire many recent graduates of UT Dallas, UT Arlington, and Texas A&M who take the FE as the first step toward a PE license. The FE is a computer-based NCEES exam by discipline, including civil, mechanical, electrical, chemical, and other engineering. Test Masters teaches FE review live online with instructors who hold PE licenses themselves, organized around the reference handbook and the topics tested most. Private 1-on-1 tutoring fits around a full-time job in Plano or Richardson. A score increase guarantee backs the course. Walk out of the FE as its master.
