Newport News Shipbuilding builds the Navy's aircraft carriers and submarines, and it employs thousands of engineers, many of whom start toward a PE license with the FE exam. The FE is a computer-based NCEES exam taken by discipline, civil, mechanical, electrical, chemical, or other. Test Masters prepares Newport News seniors and recent graduates from Old Dominion, Virginia Tech, Christopher Newport, and other programs live online, reviewing the NCEES reference handbook, the shared fundamentals, and the discipline topics that carry the most weight. Instructors who hold PE licenses themselves teach every class. A score increase guarantee is included, and private tutoring fits around shipyard shifts. Take the FE as a candidate who has mastered it.
