Birmingham families applying to independent schools such as Altamont often begin when their children are in fourth or fifth grade, and applicants for grades 5 and 6 at many independent schools take the ISEE Lower Level. For a young child, a timed admissions test is a new experience. Test Masters prepares young students live online with encouraging lessons in verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, reading comprehension, and mathematics achievement, plus practice with the essay schools read alongside the scores. Short, scored practice tests let parents follow progress. Private 1-on-1 tutoring is ideal at this age. Patient practice helps your child become the master of the ISEE.
