Cary is home to Cary Academy, and Ravenscroft is a short drive away in Raleigh, so many families in western Wake County apply to independent schools for grade 5 or 6, where the ISEE Lower Level is often part of the process. For a fourth or fifth grader, it is usually the first timed test that really counts. Test Masters prepares younger students live online with patient, age-appropriate lessons in verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, reading comprehension, math achievement, and the essay. Practice starts with short timed sections and builds toward a full-length test. Private 1-on-1 tutoring suits children who thrive with individual attention. With the right preparation, a ten-year-old can be the master of the test.
