Raleigh has a strong independent school community, including Ravenscroft in north Raleigh, and families applying for grade 5 or 6 often find the ISEE Lower Level is part of the process. For a fourth or fifth grader, it is usually the first timed test that really counts. Test Masters prepares younger students from Raleigh, Wake Forest, and Garner live online, with patient, age-appropriate lessons in verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, reading comprehension, math achievement, and the essay. Practice starts with short timed sections and builds toward a full-length test, so a young child learns pacing without feeling overwhelmed. Private 1-on-1 tutoring suits children who thrive with individual attention. With the right preparation, a ten-year-old can be the master of the test.
