Upper Darby families applying to independent schools along the Main Line and in Philadelphia for fifth or sixth grade often meet the ISEE Lower Level. The children who take it are in fourth or fifth grade, and the test asks them to work through verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, reading comprehension, math, and a short essay under time limits. Test Masters prepares these young students live online in short, encouraging sessions. We build vocabulary, practice multi-step word problems, and teach a ten-year-old how to move on from a hard question without worry. Parents receive progress reports, and private 1-on-1 tutoring is available. With steady, patient preparation, a young student can become the master of this test.
