Providence has a rich set of independent schools, including Moses Brown, Wheeler, and Lincoln School, and families applying for fifth or sixth grade often meet the ISEE Lower Level. The children who take it are in fourth or fifth grade, and the test asks them to work through verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, reading comprehension, math, and a short essay within time limits. Test Masters prepares these young students live online in short, encouraging sessions that build vocabulary, word problem skills, and calm habits under the clock. Parents see progress after each practice test, and private 1-on-1 tutoring is available. With patient preparation, a ten-year-old can become the master of this test.
