Lawrence students applying to independent schools for seventh or eighth grade take the ISEE Middle Level, a real step up from the Lower Level. The math includes ratios, percents, geometry, and early algebra, the vocabulary is harder, and reading passages from science and history run longer. Test Masters teaches the Middle Level live online with full-length practice tests and a careful review of every missed question. We also coach the essay, which schools read closely. Private 1-on-1 tutoring is available for a student who needs extra help in one section. In a university town that values learning, your middle schooler can master the ISEE.
