Topeka students applying to independent schools for seventh or eighth grade take the ISEE Middle Level. The content steps up from the Lower Level: ratios, percents, geometry, and early algebra in math, a richer vocabulary, and longer reading passages from science and history. Test Masters teaches the Middle Level live online with full-length practice tests and a careful review of every missed question. We also coach the essay, which schools read even though it is unscored. Private 1-on-1 tutoring targets the section that needs the most work. With patient preparation, your middle schooler can become the master of this exam.
