Students applying for grade 7 or 8 at an independent school take the ISEE Middle Level, and Asheville families considering day schools in the mountains or boarding schools elsewhere often find the score affects both admission and aid. The Middle Level is a clear step up: pre-algebra and geometry, harder vocabulary, longer reading passages, and an essay written under time pressure. Test Masters prepares sixth and seventh graders from Asheville, Arden, and Black Mountain live online, teaching the strategy behind each section and building stamina with full-length practice tests. Parents see progress after every one. Private 1-on-1 tutoring is available for students who need focused help in math or reading. By test day your middle schooler is ready to be the master of the ISEE.
