Students in Newark applying to independent high schools for ninth grade and up take the ISEE Upper Level, the version that covers algebra, geometry, advanced vocabulary, and reading passages at a high school level. Competition for spots at area independent schools can be stiff, and percentile scores compare applicants with other strong students. Test Masters prepares Newark eighth graders and older applicants live online, with timed sections, quantitative comparison strategy, and an essay approach that shows clear thinking. Instructors explain every missed question so the same mistake does not happen twice. Private 1-on-1 tutoring is available for students with busy fall schedules. By test day, your student is the master of the Upper Level ISEE.
