A PE license lets a Hawaii engineer sign and seal work on the islands' roads, harbors, water systems, and buildings, and the Principles and Practice of Engineering exam stands between an experienced engineer and that license. The PE is discipline-specific, long, and built around problems drawn from real practice. Test Masters prepares Honolulu engineers live online with instructors who hold PE licenses themselves, organizing the material by topic, teaching efficient use of permitted references, and building the time management the exam day demands. Classes run on Hawaii time, so there is no need to follow a mainland schedule, and private 1-on-1 tutoring fits around project work. Every course carries a score increase guarantee. Prepare with us, and the PE becomes an exam you have mastered.
