Catholic high schools commonly use the HSPT as their admission test, and some West Alabama families consider Catholic schools in Tuscaloosa and the Birmingham area for high school. Eighth graders take the HSPT once, and it covers verbal skills, quantitative skills, reading, mathematics, and language in a long sitting where pacing matters. Test Masters prepares Tuscaloosa and Northport eighth graders live online and in private 1-on-1 tutoring, with full-length practice tests under real timing and a clear report for parents after each one. We teach students how to approach the quantitative reasoning puzzles and how to stay focused to the last question. With the right preparation, your eighth grader becomes the master of the HSPT.
