Anchorage families who want a Catholic high school education may look at Lumen Christi High School or at Catholic schools farther from home, and Catholic high schools commonly use the HSPT for admission. Eighth graders take the test, which covers verbal skills, quantitative skills, reading, mathematics, and language in one long sitting. Test Masters prepares Anchorage students live online with lessons on each section and full-length practice tests under real timing, so pacing is never a surprise. Parents get a clear report after every practice test. Private 1-on-1 tutoring is available for families across the Anchorage Bowl and Eagle River. Your eighth grader can sit for the HSPT as its master.
