Valley Catholic high schools commonly use the HSPT for admission, and some Avondale and Goodyear families consider schools such as Brophy College Preparatory, Xavier College Preparatory, or Bourgade Catholic in Phoenix. Eighth graders take the HSPT once, and it covers verbal skills, quantitative skills, reading, mathematics, and language in a long, timed sitting. Test Masters prepares West Valley eighth graders live online and in private 1-on-1 tutoring, with full-length practice tests under real timing and a clear report for parents after each one. We teach the quantitative reasoning puzzles, vocabulary strategies, and pacing that keep students steady through the final section. With the right preparation, your eighth grader can master the HSPT.
