Lawrence families who choose a Catholic high school often look at schools in Topeka and Johnson County, such as Hayden and St. James Academy, and many Catholic high schools use the HSPT for admission and placement. Eighth graders take it once. Test Masters prepares Lawrence-area eighth graders live online for every section: verbal skills, quantitative skills, reading, mathematics, and language. Students learn the question types, practice under real timing, and build the stamina a long test requires. Parents receive a progress report after each practice test, and private 1-on-1 tutoring is available. With careful preparation, your eighth grader goes in as the master of the HSPT.
