Kalamazoo-area eighth graders applying to Hackett Catholic Prep or other Catholic high schools may take the HSPT as part of admission and course placement. The test covers verbal skills, quantitative skills, reading, mathematics, and language, and its speed catches many students off guard the first time. Test Masters prepares eighth graders from Kalamazoo, Portage, Oshtemo, and Richland live online and through private 1-on-1 tutoring, with full-length practice under real timing and targeted review of number series, analogies, grammar, and the math concepts students have not yet covered in class. A strong result can affect honors placement as well as admission. Parents receive clear feedback after each practice test. Start a few months early, and your eighth grader can master the HSPT.
