Troy is surrounded by Catholic high schools in Oakland County, including Brother Rice and Marian in Bloomfield Hills and Shrine Catholic in Royal Oak, and eighth graders applying to them may take the HSPT as part of admission and placement. The test covers verbal skills, quantitative skills, reading, mathematics, and language, and its tight timing makes practice essential. Test Masters prepares eighth graders from Troy, Clawson, Royal Oak, and Birmingham live online and through private 1-on-1 tutoring, with full-length practice under real timing and focused work on analogies, number series, and grammar. Strong scores can affect honors placement and scholarships as well as admission. Parents receive clear feedback after every practice test. With the right preparation, your eighth grader becomes the master of the HSPT.
