Westland eighth graders applying to Catholic high schools in western Wayne and Oakland counties, such as Divine Child in Dearborn or Detroit Catholic Central in Novi, may take the HSPT as part of admission and placement. The test covers verbal skills, quantitative skills, reading, mathematics, and language, and its pace surprises students who have not practiced under real timing. Test Masters prepares eighth graders from Westland, Garden City, Canton, and Livonia live online and through private 1-on-1 tutoring, with full-length practice tests and focused review of number series, analogies, and grammar. A strong score can also help with honors placement and scholarships, which matter to many families. Parents receive clear feedback after every practice test. Prepare now, and your eighth grader can master the HSPT.
