Duluth families weighing a Catholic high school, whether in the Northland or in the Twin Cities, may find the HSPT among the admission or placement requirements, and eighth graders usually take it once during the winter. Test Masters prepares students from Duluth, Hermantown, Proctor, and Cloquet live online for every section: verbal skills, quantitative skills, reading, mathematics, and language. Students practice under real timing, learn to keep pace through a long test, and review each practice exam question by question. Parents receive a clear report after every one, and private 1-on-1 tutoring is available too. Online preparation means no snowy drives. By test day your eighth grader is the master of the HSPT.
