Albany families choosing a Catholic high school look at schools across the Capital Region, including Christian Brothers Academy, La Salle Institute, and Catholic Central in Troy. Many Catholic high schools admit on the HSPT, taken in eighth grade, and families should confirm which entrance test each school currently uses. Test Masters prepares Albany eighth graders live online for every HSPT section: verbal skills, quantitative skills, reading, mathematics, and language. Students practice the verbal analogies and quantitative comparisons that ordinary schoolwork rarely covers, under real timing, and parents receive a clear report after every practice test. Private 1-on-1 tutoring is available for extra help. Prepared this way, your eighth grader becomes the master of the HSPT.
