Lake Charles students are used to the ACT, but the SAT is accepted at every US college, and for students applying out of state it can be a smart second option. Test Masters teaches the digital SAT live online to students from Lake Charles, Sulphur, Westlake, and Moss Bluff, with instructors who scored in the top percentile. Lessons cover the short reading passages and grammar questions of the reading and writing section, the algebra, geometry, and data problems in math, and how the adaptive second module changes the scoring picture. Practice tests are timed like the real thing. Private 1-on-1 tutoring fits around school and parents' shift schedules at the plants, and every course includes a score increase guarantee. On test day, Test Masters students sit down as masters of the SAT.
